Solved: DDO makes an error when I load my mesh

I'm just starting up trying to use the quixel suite. I tried to put in a bookcase I had modelled from maya as an fbx file (also tried with obj, but same error). it starts loading but then give this error message.:
"Assimp.AssimpException: Error importing file: FBX-Tokenize (offset ox34) block offset is out of range"
My object is in 0,0 in world space, as well as being triangulated and in general cleaned-up.
Can anyone help me with this?
